The complex and balanced blend of coffee and spices creates an enticing crust on a char-grilled hamburger, or a flame-licked beef steak, whether it be a prime rib eye or a flank steak.
We mix it with maple sugar for an amazing sausage seasoning, and this unique blend is superb for experimenting with on different proteins. But by far, though, our favorite use for Red Eye Express is a crusted rack of lamb or lamb chops.
