Once you have this pizza oven up to temperature it will easily cook 50 pizzas per hour without any issue and without using too many logs, making it very cost effective too.
The internal cooking area is heated very quickly and allows you to also slow cook or warm food from residual heat. The oven has a lot of very high quality ceramic insulation as well as the thermal mass that is retained in the fire bricks that are also fitted to the oven.
