The Masterbuilt Gravity 800 offers you the combination of cooking on a charcoal grill with the addition of being able to smoke your food and giving it a great earthy flavour. The Gravity Series 800 smoker is incredibly fast to use and can reach the optimum cooking temperature remarkably quick, reaching 110°C in 8mins, 230°C in 10mins and 370°C in just 14mins.
The gravity fed charcoal system means you won’t have to get your hands dirty with moving the coal around and refuelling the hopper. This innovative system will automatically feed the grill with the right amount of charcoal and has the capacity to hold up to 4.5kg which can last up to 15 hours. The Masterbuilt Gravity 800 also comes with a DigitalFan™ control system which allows for precision cooking at the exact temperature to ensure perfect results every time.
In addition to the built in control panel on the Gravity 800, this grill & smoker can also be operated through a smart device. Simply download the custom made app, configure it up to your grill to enable you to adjust and keep an eye on the temperature and time of your cooking. It also comes with a host of cooking grates and griddles to allow you to cook different types of food at the same time.
